Day 1: Gangtok to Lachen
Morning pickup from your hotel in Gangtok and transfer to Lachen (131 kms / 6.5 hrs). En route, enjoy sightseeing at Singhik View Point, Chungthang Valley, Seven Sisters Waterfalls, and Naga Waterfalls. Spend the evening exploring the beautiful Himalayan village at your own pace. Overnight stay at a hotel in Lachen.
Day 2: Day Excursion of Chopta Valley and Gurudongmar Lake
Early morning, visit Gurudongmar Lake via Chopta Valley (Kala Patthar visit is available for an additional charge of ₹3,500). Later, get back to your hotel in Lachen for lunch. Afterwards, travel through Chungthang Valley and visit Long Waterfalls before transferring to your hotel in Lachung. Overnight stay at a hotel in Lachung.
Day 3: Day Trip to Yumthang Valley
Early morning, after breakfast, set out for a half-day excursion to Yumthang Valley. En route, visit the Hot Spring and Singba Rhododendron Sanctuary. Yumthang, at an altitude of 12,000 ft and about 135 km from Gangtok, offers stunning natural scenes reminiscent of Switzerland. April and May bring colorful flowers and orchids, while November to March usually sees snow. After lunch, transfer back to Lachung and continue via Chungthang Valley and Mangan to your hotel in Gangtok. Relax and enjoy an overnight stay at the hotel in Gangtok.
